ECU Photography Standard Rates
Family/Portrait Sessions/Headshots.
Package #1: One hour portrait session - includes 1 location, multiple wardrobe changes, and 20 professionally edited digital photos delivered within a two-week time period post-shoot. $300.00 plus 5% GST.
Package #2: Two hour portrait session, 2 locations, multiple wardrobe changes, 2 5x7 prints and 35 professionally edited digital photos delivered within a 3 week time period post-shoot. $400.00 plus 5% GST.
(Shoots over 2 hours will be charged a rate of $100.00 per hour )
Package #3: Studio portraits or headshots follow the same portrait pricing as above with the addition of the studio rental/clean-up fee. Usually, this charge is $75.00 an hour extra but may change depending on the season and availability. Please message us for the current pricing and shoot availability. The studio is located in the heart of downtown New West.
Corporate/Private Events
Birthday parties, private ceremonies, corporate business events are all billed at an hourly rate. We cannot guarantee an exact amount of photos per hour but we do offer an approximation of deliverables of 50-75 expected photos per hour.
1st hour of event: $300.00 plus 5% GST.
2nd hour and every proceeding hour: $100.00 plus 5% GST.
Engagement/Wedding Photography
Engagement Photo Session: 1 hour shoot, 1 location, and 20 professionally edited digital photos. Price: $300.00 plus 5% GST.
Wedding photography:
Package #1 - 4 hour event coverage, 200 edited photos, 24x16 Canvas Print.
Price: $900.00 plus 5% GST.
Package #2 - 6 hour event coverage, 300 edited photos, free engagement shoot, 30x20 Canvas Print.
Price: $1400.00 plus 5% GST.
Package #3 - 8 hour event coverage, 400 edited photos, free engagement shoot, 36x24 Canvas Print.
Price: $1800.00 plus 5% GST.
Package #4 - 10 hour event coverage, 500 edited photos, free engagement shoot, 36x24 Canvas Print.
Price: $2200.00 plus 5% GST.

Lifestyle/Social Media/Business Development Photography.
This service includes photography for all your business media needs ranging from portraiture, social media content, product photography showcases, studio photography and social media coaching and promotion.
Basic pricing is billed hourly but please inquire directly with your vision in mind to get an accurate quote.
